Joshua Lessard-Chaudoin Is a Family Nurse Practitioner originally from Pennsylvania and moved to Hawaii in 2013

He knew he wanted to be in the medical field from a young age, and became an EMT at age 16. He worked as a Certified Nurses assistant, and was a caregiver for a man with brain injury. These experiences further reinforced a love for medicine. 

He graduated as a Registered Nurse from Misericordia University.  After working as a RN on a cardiac/telemetry/oncology unit he completed his Masters in Nursing at Widener University. During this time he developed a passion for primary care and hospital medicine. 

He joined Mango Medical in 2014. In addition to providing primary care, he also works at Kohala Hospital, a small critical access hospital in Kapaau HI. 

Over the last 10 years he has developed a passion for advanced primary care. With a goal of creating approachable, individualized treatment plans with a focus on wellness and “health-span”. 

Interests: Outside work he likes to remain physically active, swimming, diving and Skiing. He keeps busy chasing his 2 children around their home in Honokaa
