About Cliff Gilley DPM
Cliff Gilley, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist who specializes in foot and ankle surgery, including reconstruction. As part of the top-rated team at Mango Medical, he provides comprehensive foot and ankle care to patients of all ages from Kamuela, Hawaii, and the surrounding communities.
With close to two decades of experience, Dr. Gilley is pleased to offer the most advanced therapies, medical treatments, and surgical techniques available to help his patients get back on their feet as quickly as possible.
On top of diagnosing and treating common foot conditions like bunions, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, gout, hammertoe deformities, and growth plate injuries, Dr. Gilley also provides A-to-Z podiatric care for sports-related injuries, proactive care for patients with diabetic neuropathy, and custom orthotics.
After receiving an undergraduate degree in business and pre-med at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville in 1992, Dr. Gilley spent five years as a production manager in orthopedic device manufacturing before earning a master’s degree in biomedical sciences in 1999. He attended Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida, to obtain his doctorate in podiatric medicine in 2001. Dr. Gilley went on to complete his surgical residency training in 2004 at OhioHealth Grant Medical Center in Columbus.
Dr. Gilley is double board-certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in foot surgery and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery and operates out of North Hawaii Community Hospital. He’s a member of the American Podiatry Medical Association and the Hawaii Podiatric Medical Association.

About Russell Parker D.O
Russel Parker, DO is an experienced medical practitioner with over 30 years of experience working in the field of osteopathic medicine and pain management. As a core member of Mango Medical in Kamuela, Hawaii, Dr. Parker is an expert in his field, with innovative approaches to comprehensive treatment.
Dr. Parker graduated from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and continued on to complete his residency in family practice and osteopathic musculoskeletal medicine in 1992.
From there, Dr. Parker furthered his training in regenerative medicine and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapies, working in several leading institutions across the country. Some of his most successful work involved being the primary physician for NFL players seeking to explore stem cells studies. Dr. Parker was also a pioneer in the first stem cell facelift procedures.
Dr. Parker decided to bring his wide-ranging experience in the field to the expert team at Mango Medical when he settled on Hawaii’s Big Island. He is committed to delivering the highest-quality care to all of his patients and works interdisciplinarily to find the most effective and innovative solutions to unwanted chronic pain.
